CESCR Statement on the COVID-19 Pandemic and Economic, Social and Cultural Rights

The UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights published a statement asserting that in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, States are obligated under international human rights law to devote their maximum available resources to the full realization of all economic, social and cultural rights, including the right to health.
